Stand Up Paddle Boarding in Dublin
Stand up paddle boarding is a sport that promotes balance while strengthening your core muscles and enhancing all over body fitness and well being. The sport requires minimal equipment, simply a long board, extendable paddle and floatation jacket, which makes it attractive to people of all ages and fitness levels and abilities, from 16 to 60 years of age. You can learn to paddle anything from ocean surf, to lakes and rivers, no waves required.It is the most pleasurable refreshing way to spend an afternoon or evening after work combining fitness and fun while getting up close and personal with your natural surroundings.

We usually take out groups of 4 people, however larger group bookings can also be arranged of up to 10 people

Dress Code
We provide wet suits, booties and life vests for the participants but if they would prefer to wear their own please bring with them on arrival. Also advisable to bring a bottle of water, towel, sun cream in the summer.

Stan Up Paddle Boarding is weather dependent and so we do not paddle on very windy days.
