What is AromaTouch Technique?

The AromaTouch Technique includes four primary steps designed to minimize systemic stressors to autonomic balance. Each step includes the application of two essential oils or essential oil blends specifically formulated to support healthy emotional and physiological functions for wellbeing. The technique requires 30 minutes per application, and multiple applications can be serviced with one set of dōTERRA’s essential oils. After the Aroma Touch procedure you will receive a relaxing 20 minutes Reiki session from our therapist.

Reiki can help enhance every aspect of your health and wellbeing. Reiki works on you to heal your body on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki can help with physical injuries and illness, stress, depression, anxiety and emotional traumas. Reiki can be used to help with physical disease or injury, as part of a stress management programme or simply to help bring you back into balance when you are feeling worn out, stressed and overwhelmed with day to day life!
