Many people commonly suffer with stiff and sore muscles on a daily basis, particularly among athletes and those that lead an active lifestyle. Sports massages are often associated with the notion that they are very intense and painful and as a rule, it can be, but our focus is on the client and we adapt each session to meet their needs to remove tension and provide the result that the client is looking for when booking a sports massage.
