A wonderful way to see Killarney

Very beautiful, informative tour full of colorful stories about Lakes of Killarney and the castle of Ross.

Bought a MyGift voucher for two, and booked 2 months ago. We selected the 10am-1pm kayak in Killarney Lakes. We had never kayaked before, but Jason was very helpful in teaching us the basics. He was very reassuring and gave us good pointers. By the end of the tour, I think we're now avid kayakers.

We really really really enjoyed this adventure. Jason was a true leader and every time we felt scared, such as when a boat would pass by and cause waves, he would give us tips to overcome. I think going so early in the morning was perfect. The water was calmer. When it was wavy, it was harder to kayak. So if you want more of a challenge, probably do the afternoon tour. The kayak themselves were very cool. Our legs and feet were kept warm and dry inside. They give you coats and life preservers to wear. Lots of safety pointers. And after 3 hours, I could tell that was a good workout.

Anyway the outing was fantastic - highly recommend.
