Sessions are normally 2.5 hours.

Dress Code
We will provide you with all the necessary equipment including wetsuits, buoyancy aids and safety equipment. All you need to bring is a towel, swimming togs/shorts, a second pair of old shorts to go over your wetsuit, old pair of shoes you don’t mind getting wet and a sense of adventure.

The experience will only be cancelled and rescheduled in the case of very strong winds or big waves
